SkyWiser is built by a very small team, and the reading is the hardest part to get right. Specific, unflattering feedback is the most useful thing you can send us.
One inbox, read by a person. We reply to most messages, and we read all of them.
The feedback we can act on
- The reading
- Did it read as genuine KP, or did it drift into generic horoscope language? Did it contradict your chart? Quote the line that was wrong — that's far more actionable than a rating.
- Astrological accuracy
- If a dasha period, nakshatra, or sub-lord looks incorrect against your own calculations, tell us which one and what you expected. We take computation bugs seriously and fix them quickly.
- Something broken
- What you tapped, what you expected, what happened instead. Add your device model and iOS version, plus a screenshot if there was an error.
- What's missing
- Tell us the thing you wanted to do and couldn't. We'd rather hear the problem than a proposed feature — the problem usually has a better solution than either of us first thought of.
Two things worth knowing
Please don't paste your journal entries. They're encrypted on your device and we have no way to read them — sending them by email would undo that for no benefit. Describe the problem instead.
If you need help rather than a change, support covers subscriptions, restoring purchases, birth-time accuracy, and account deletion. That's the faster route for anything already answered there.
Anything you send us is used to improve the app. We treat it as described in the privacy policy, and we don't publish or share your message without asking you first.
